Well, if you are looking for romance this is not the book for you! Days of Blood and Starlight picks up where Daughter of Smoke and Bone left us. Even though I enjoyed this book, it wasn't as strong as Daugther of Smoke and Bone in my opinion. At times I felt like it dragged. However, it was good enough to continue my interest in the story, and I look forward to reading the next one.
